Finikounda is a small fishing village on the southern tip of the Peloponnese, where golden beaches meet clear, shallow water and the day still moves at the pace of the sea. Both of our homes — Katerina Maria's Studio and Anastasia's House — sit within minutes of that shoreline, each privately owned and personally looked after.

Why Finikounda
Golden beaches, fresh fish, castles down the road
Finikounda sits between two of the finest stretches of sand in Messinia, with tavernas set right on the beach and fishing boats unloading the day's catch a few steps away.
Methoni's sea castle is twelve kilometres along the coast, the painted houses of Koroni spill down to the water to the east, and the uninhabited islands of Sapientza lie just offshore — close enough for an afternoon by boat.
